I am looking for a necklace that I saw in the Bahamas in the cartier store. It had 3 small wedding band type r

had three samll wedding band type rings on it, to represent “the past, the present , & the future” I have searched the internet and have not been able to find it. I found the “LOVE COLLECTION @ cartier, but no mention of “three circles, signifying past present & future” It does not have to be a cartier necklace, I just want the symbolism. any ideas or website greatly appreciated
